Delivery
Thank you for purchasing our Wedgee Boxes! Each purchase will be for two boxes, one box for each of your footwear. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free and sent via Royal mail 24hr tracked.

Returns Policy
Please read this policy in full before purchasing and/or initiating a return.
We are here to help 👍 you can initiate a return by contacting us at info@thewedgeeboxcompany.co.uk. Once your return has been accepted, we'll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Non-Faulty Products
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or you change your mind, you may request a return. The product is to be returned in it's original condition for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. This policy is in line with your statutory rights. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging. We do not cover postage costs of returning Non-Faulty products.
Faulty Products/Other Rights To Return
In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products :
1 Where the product ordered is not as described or priced.
2 The product is faulty - please note any product received with damage to the outside packaging, email us at info@thewedgeeboxcompany.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You are entitled to a refund where the product is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged once opened, please contact us at info@thewedgeeboxcompany.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will request images and/or videos of any damage.
Returning Your Product
Once a return has been confirmed with us, you will have a further 14 days to return your product.
